Responsibilities: I was hired on as a consultant in order to design and implement an ISDN backup solution for their "frame-relay" wide area network. I ordered ISDN circuits for the lab. I researched which routers to use, how to configure ISDN Dial-Backup on those Nortel routers and then set up a mock network in the lab. I tested the system and documented "how-to" roll this out to all sites in our wide area network.
